Central NY surviving housing slump

The housing market may be taking a pounding across the country but it seems to be a different story here in Central New York.

The Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors says it’s surviving the slump, though prices are down.

Nationally, home sellers can expect to see their properties sit on the market between 8 and 10 weeks on average, here in Onondaga County, on average, homes are being sold in 48 days.
